Three years ago, a motorcycle accident shattered thirteen of my bones. My fiancé was fighting for his life. My nine-year-old daughter was helping shower me. Everything collapsed at once.

I healed without pain medication, on a fully plant-based diet, through sheer will and the decision to keep going. That is what I teach women. Not what I ate. The will. The relationship with the body underneath all of it.
